1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClearAudit (“Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

ClearAudit is an AI-powered website conversion audit tool. When you submit a URL, we fetch the publicly accessible content of that page and pass it to an AI model (Anthropic Claude) to generate a structured audit report covering:

• Conversion scores across 8 areas (0–10 scale)
• Critical issues ranked by revenue impact
• Quick wins with time estimates
• Priority fix list with effort and owner tags
• Named competitor benchmarking
• Revenue impact estimates

Results are AI-generated and intended as advisory input, not professional consulting advice.

3. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

Free Tier: Every registered user receives 2 credits per month at no cost. No credit card is required.

Starter Plan: ₹199 per month — 20 credits/month, Standard and Advanced audit types.

Pro Plan: ₹499 per month — 60 credits/month, Standard and Advanced audit types.

Agency Plan: ₹1,499 per month — 200 credits/month, all 3 audit types including Deep multi-page audits.

Credit Top-ups: One-time credit packs (5, 15, or 40 credits) are available for purchase at any time and never expire.

All subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. Payment is processed through Razorpay. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ClearAudit only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit URLs to pages you do not have permission to audit
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Use audit outputs to make false or misleading claims
• Resell audit reports without attribution to ClearAudit
• Submit URLs containing illegal or harmful content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software of ClearAudit is owned by Tanuj Rajput. Audit reports generated for your submitted URLs are for your personal or business use. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute report content without our written consent.

7. Disclaimers

ClearAudit provides AI-generated analysis as a tool to support your decision-making — not as a guarantee of results. Conversion improvements depend on many factors outside our control. We do not warrant that audit findings are complete, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearAudit and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, without prior notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard, or by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
