Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service Delivery

ClearAudit is a fully digital service. Upon successful payment, your subscription is activated instantly — there is no physical shipment, no waiting period, and no download required. Your credits are available immediately from the moment your payment is confirmed.

Free Tier

The free tier (2 audits per account) requires no payment. There is nothing to refund for free usage.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. The easiest way is self-service:

1. Go to Dashboard → Billing and click “Cancel subscription”
2. Your subscription is immediately scheduled to cancel at the end of the current billing period

Alternatively, email tanujrajput30@gmail.com with subject “Cancel Subscription” and we will process it within 1 business day.

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation. You will not be charged again.

Refund Policy

To request a refund:

1. Email tanujrajput30@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Request”
2. Include your registered email address and payment date
3. We will process the refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Refund requests made after 7 days of initial purchase
• Renewals — please cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged
• Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions

Renewal Reminder

Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month. Your renewal date is shown on your Billing page. If you do not wish to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before your billing date. We do not issue refunds for renewals that have already been processed.

If you have a billing dispute or did not receive your refund within 7 business days, contact us at tanujrajput30@gmail.com. We resolve all refund requests within 7 working days of receipt.
